Although many people are fortunate enough to enjoy a breath of fresh air with little to no exertion, some others are not so fortunate. Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and other types of respiratory distress are the reality for many. Plus, there are seasonal difficulties, such as hay fever.

 

In fact, even in the most healthy individual, there are times when we are unable to catch a breath When breathlessness occurs, it is often accompanied by anxiety and fear.

 

Andrew Hardwick Hypnotherapy offers a range of services and techniques to help you gain or regain control over your breathing.  These are based upon Andrew's experience as a General Nurse, Tai Chi Instructor, Hypnotherapist, Coach, NLP & EFT (Tapping) Practitioner

 

Over time, regular practice of these techniques will enable you to increase control of your breathing rate and pattern, as well as to alleviate anxiety and fear.
