Thank you for visiting Andrew Hardwick Hypnotherapy
MAINTAINING A POSITIVE MINDSET IS KEY
Our response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
At Andrew Hardwick Hypnotherapy I prioritise the health and safety of you, my clients, and the community in which my services are based.
Most importantly, I encourage you to continue to make to the positive lifestyle changes for which you originally sought out my services. They are a key component in maintaining your hope for a brighter future, good health, reducing stress and strengthening your mind against negativity, panic and fear – all which is vital at this moment.
With respect to the safety of attending my office for Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching or any of my other services, it is important to understand that COVID-19 is not spread through sweat, but through respiratory droplets. Therefore, the risk of spreading the virus in my office, during a Face-To-Face consultation, is no greater than in any other 1:1 social environment. However, I recognise that risk still exists and want to take every opportunity to reduce that for you.
I am continually monitoring updates from the Ministry of Health along with international sources to respond accordingly.
Whilst I already strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, I am implementing the following to promote your safety and continued access to my services
I will continue to offer Face-To-Face (F2F) consultations for as long as is allowed by law, and by my own health.
Social distancing will be practiced at F2F consultations. No handshakes!
I ask that you do NOT book F2F consultations if you have been overseas in the past month, if you have COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has or is suspected to have COVID-19
As an alternative to F2F consultations I will provide consultations via Zoom & Skype, for the same price as F2F consultations
For those visiting my premises at Office 6, 185 Main Street, Upper Hutt 5018, I will ensure that my consulting room is cleaned as thoroughly as possible. I will also maintain an open dialogue with the landlord, regarding the hygiene of the shared waiting area, kitchen and toilets in the building in which my office is based.
If hand sanitiser is available, I will promote it for use when attending consultations
Below are some steps you can take as an individual, as we know that the most effective risk reduction will come from everyone taking personal responsibility for their hygiene.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Use cleaning solutions, and personally dispose of all used paper towels immediately after use.
Limit physical contact whenever possible (ie. high fives, handshakes etc.)
If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to speak to your healthcare professional, particularly if you have symptoms that include fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
You can ring the 24/7 National Telehealth Service on 0800 358 5453.
For my Tai Chi class attendees, please take note of the following messages to help us reduce risk for our participants:
Please bring your own drinks bottle to class
Do not expect hands-on adjustments at this time.
Practice responsible social distancing.
Please arrive early to assist in organising the rooms effectively
Whilst I will endeavour to maintain my current timetable of programmes, I appreciate your understanding should there may be last minute changes or cancellations due to illness.
I encourage you to take care of yourself
Please keep yourself up to date via the Andrew Hardwick Hypnotherapy Website
I look forward to continuing to help you in your lifestyle journey soon.
