Emotional Freedom Technique is often referred to as tapping.
The first time I saw someone using EFT I watched them tap their face, chest and arm vigorously, but wasn't quite sure what they were getting out of it. Then I had a chat with them, and tried it myself, and I was hooked!
My EFT journey so far
A while later I invited Lower Hutt EFT Trainer Jasmina Kovacev onto my Motivation Hour Radio Show on Hutt Radio, to talk about what EFT can do. I practiced on myself for a while, then sought out Wellington based EFT Master Trainer Debby Emeny, and completed her AAMET Levels I & II Certificate in EFT.
What is EFT?
EFT is a practical self-help method in which you gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It is the brainchild of Gary Craig, and is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’.
How I use EFT with you
As EFT is a self-help technique, I have included it under the Coaching section of my services. It is less about me doing the tapping for you, and far more about me coaching you how to tap on the Meridian Energy Points of your body yourself. That way you connect with the positivity within yourself, and learn how to redirect the energy to where you really need it, when you really need it.
The therapeutic effects of this technique are that you can use EFT tapping for anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress and many other issues.
